This is a beautiful flamed maple 1990 Gibson ES-335 Dot Reissue in Natural finish, featuring an exceptionally attractive flamed maple top, back and sides. Built during the early years of Gibson's modern ES-335 reissue production, this guitar captures the classic look, feel and tone of the legendary late-1950s and early-1960s ES models. The ES-335 Reissue designation replaced the earlier "Dot" name around 1990.
The laminated maple semi-hollow body with maple center block delivers the unmistakable ES-335 sound: warm, open and resonant, yet capable of handling higher gain levels with excellent feedback resistance. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard provide a comfortable playing experience and classic Gibson feel.
This particular example stands out thanks to its beautiful natural finish and highly figured flamed maple, giving it a premium appearance rarely seen on standard production instruments from this era.
