John Sykes Donated his Gibson Les Paul Signed by Blue Murder Band Members
To Nik Green

Legendary guitarist John Sykes has donated a Gibson Les Paul to help pay for former Blue Murder keyboardist Nik Green’s medical expenses. The guitar has been signed by the original three members of Blue Murder with whom Nik played – John Sykes (also of Whitesnake, Tygers of Pan Tang and Thin Lizzy fame), drum legend Carmine Appice (Vanilla Fudge, King Kobra, Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart) and Tony Franklin (The Firm, Jimmy Page, Paul Rodgers,David Gilmour, Kate Bush, Whitesnake).
Nik Green passed away in 2016 after losing his battle with cancer. Since then, Penny Little, his wife and musical partner, has been burdened with the debt incurred from medical bills and expenses during Nik's illness, amounting to tens of thousands of dollars. The money from this guitar will help her put her life back together.
It comes in the pictured case and a paper with a heart drawing on it.
