This is a custom Kauffmann with the old headstock and Heavy Aging with scooped pickups to match the John Mayer Black1 tone. It has an Alder body and handwound pickups.

Handbuilt with selected woods for weight and resonance (this one weighs 3,3kg), Alder body, pau ferro fretboard with7,25 radius, high-end hardware by CTS, CRL, Gotoh and Switchcraft.

When strummed acoustic all his guitars are loud and resonant and plugged in its a familiar warm fat strat tone. A gigbag and certificate are included.
