This is the Gibson Custom Shop tribute to Angus' 1968 SG. Only 200 VOS guitars made. Very collectable. Lightweight 3,1kg and sounds epic. Excellent condition, just some normal playwear.

• Body: Solid Honduras mahogany, ultra-lightweight

• Finish: "Angus Cherry" nitrocellulose lacquer

  • VOS model: Vintage Original Spec with light aging/patina

• Neck: Quartersawn mahogany 

• Neck profile: Ultra-slim “Angus profile”

  • Approx. 0.840″ at 1st fret, 0.920″ at 12th

• Scale length: 24.75″ (628 mm)

• Nut: Bone, approx. 1.555″ (39.5 mm) wide

• Neck joint: Set-neck (glued)

Fingerboard & Frets

• Material: Bound ebony fingerboard

• Inlays: Lightning bolt inlays (mother of pearl)

• Radius: 12″

• Frets: 22 jumbo frets, PLEK-leveled for precision

Hardware

• Tuners: Schaller M6 (12:1 ratio)

• Bridge: ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic with nylon saddles

• Tailpiece: Chrome-plated stopbar

• Pickguard: Small 3-ply SG-style (black/white/black)

• Knobs: Black "witch hat" knobs

• Hardware finish: chrome

• Neck pickup: Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates (Alnico II magnets)

• Bridge pickup: Custom-wound Pearly Gates with hotter output (per Angus’s specs)

  • High-grade CTS pots and .022 µF tone caps
