2001 Ibanez RG550EX Galaxy Black with Special Order Dimarzio Gravity Storm
€ 990,00This is a high-end Ibanez Japan RG, which later became the Prestige series. This guitar comes with 6 pickups. The colorful Special Order Dimarzio Gravity Storm set which is installed now and the original pickups. It has some light finish wear. Comes in a black non Ibanez hardcase.
The RG550EX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2000. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen.
The RG550EX features a basswood body bolted to a maple and bubinga Super Wizard neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with mirrored dot inlays and matching headstock. Components include Ibanez Vintage pickups in an HSH configuration, a locking nut, a double locking tremolo bridge and a mirrored pickguard.
The RG550EX was sold only in Europe and was discontinued after 2002. It was essentially replaced by the RG2550EX as Ibanez consolidated all of their Japanese-made guitars under the Prestige banner.
